Desmond is a space and telecommunications engineer, program manager, and strategic consultant with over 10 years of experience spanning the United Nations system, academia, government agencies, and the private sector. He founded Space Base Solutions to bridge the gap between advanced space and geospatial technologies and the organizations and communities that need them most.
