Desmond Wysenyuy
Founder and Managing Director
Desmond Wysenyuy is a space and telecommunications engineer with 10+ years of experience across the United Nations system, academia, and industry. He specializes in satellite communications, geospatial intelligence, digital transformation, and strategic program management. As Founder and Managing Director of Space Base Solutions, he leads work focused on using space-enabled technologies, GIS, and emerging innovations to support sustainability, development, and measurable global impact.
Jean Kensle Figaro
Chief Financial Officer
PMP-certified project management professional with 7+ years of experience. Senior Product Delivery Associate at JP Morgan Chase, former IDB operations consultant supporting digital transformation across 6 Caribbean nations. Co-creator of GOUD TECH FinTech app, board member of the Haitian Timoun Foundation, and alumnus of Thunderbird School of Global Management (SHARE Fellow). Multilingual: English, French, Spanish, and Haitian Creole.

Ernest Opoku-Kwarteng
GIS & Remote Sensing Lead
Geospatial technology specialist with extensive experience in GIS, remote sensing, and software development. Specializes in geospatial analytics, Earth observation, spatial databases, web mapping applications, and geospatial platform development. Has delivered GIS and remote sensing solutions across multiple sectors using Python, Google Earth Engine, PostgreSQL/PostGIS, QGIS, ArcGIS, GeoServer, and Open Data Cube. Holds a BSc in Geomatic Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. Leads development of innovative geospatial solutions at SBS.
Faneva Andriamiadantsoa
Geospatial Data Manager
Geospatial data and technology professional with extensive experience developing and implementing geospatial solutions for governments, nonprofits, and international organizations. Led deployment and customization of GeoNode-based spatial data infrastructures, developed web and mobile geospatial applications, and delivered technical training in QGIS, GeoNode, and PostGIS across Africa and the Indian Ocean region. Co-Founder of Women in Tech Madagascar and developer at Kartoza. Expertise spans open-source GIS, capacity building, and scalable geospatial platform development.
Imron Ali Bouley
Aerospace & Space Systems Associate
Imron Ali Bouley is an aerospace engineering student and emerging space industry professional based at Arizona State University. He is actively involved in satellite development, space exploration, STEM outreach, and Arizona's growing space ecosystem. His experience includes work with ASU's Sun Devil Satellite Laboratory, NASA L'SPACE Academy, The Mars Society, Space Rising, and Phoenix Space Week. Through these roles, Imron contributes to CubeSat development, student-led space advocacy, local space policy engagement, and initiatives that advance space commercialization, education, and workforce development.
Jackline Nampeera
Program Manager
Program and operations leader with 5+ years of experience in quality management, operations, research, and community development. Has led cross-functional teams across manufacturing, research, and impact-driven programs, with strong experience in project execution, process improvement, stakeholder coordination, and performance management. As Country Manager, managed operations, increased funding by 25%, and led the design and implementation of three initiatives supporting more than 2,000 women and youth. Background in quality assurance, R&D, and impact evaluation enables her to manage complex programs, align teams, track outcomes, and deliver measurable results.
